Americana Waterpark & Resort

Americana Waterpark & Resort

I’ve wanted to try out @americanaresort ever since it was recommended to me last year!

Located in Niagara, this resort is the perfect destination to escape the cold for a staycation.

It’s located 10 minutes from Clifton Hill (where all the main attractions of Niagara Falls are).

This waterpark has 2 body slides (no tubes, single person) and 2 tube slides (one single person and one two person). My daughter who is 38” was just tall enough to join me on the two person tube.

There were two areas for the Littles to enjoy. One with very shallow water, three small slides, a basketball hoop and a water feature.

Another with two slides, a climber and a bucket that dumps water out.

There is a wave pool that is small and perfect for smaller children with the max height at 5 feet in the deep end.

Another smaller pool area connected to the wave pool with two basketball nets and lilly pad floaties to climb – more for older kids.

A hot tub!

A snack bar and small arcade with prizes.

I would say this water park is great for toddlers and smaller kids. Older kids may get bored (depending on what they like).

The pools were warm and the air was warm.

The snack bar has hot dogs, pizzas, burgers, etc.

The hotel was fun, we stayed at the Family Kiddie Suite.

It had one queen bed and two bunk beds in a themed and separate room. Both rooms had their own washroom with bath and shower. The bunk bed room had a table and chairs. Both rooms had a tv.

The hotel is attached to Boston Pizza and Fields Bistro & Gathering.

We dined at a super cool spot called Flying Saucer Restaurant in the shape of space ships and decked out inside too! We loved it.

Overall we had a great time!
