Centreville Amusement Park
Centre Island, an inside just south of Toronto is a short (15 minute) ferry ride away!
It has SO much to offer for everyone.
You can enjoy sandy beaches, a splash pad, biking trails, bike rentals, restaurants and more!
The highlight of the island for us was @centrevillefun!
An amusement park on the island and so full of fun!
To get to the island check the ferry schedule and purchase tickets in advance to beat line ups.
There are many water taxi options to choose from @tikitaxi @piratetaxito that will get you there as well.
You can purchase tickets ahead of time for Centreville. Check the height limits for rides in advance. We had to accompany our 4 foot son on almost everything. So buying a family passes was way cheaper than the single ride tickets.
I would say the rides are more for the Little ones. I’m not sure if older kids (10+) would love it here. But, I assume it’s based on the kid.
There were a lot of rides to choose from. All of them were open.
There were food options inside of Centreville including pizza, subway, hot dogs and hamburgers.
Prices for food were high so maybe pack your own for a picnic.
Bring water. There are no refill stations.
You can bring a stroller or wagon onto the ferry and onto the island. We brought our wagon for all the walking (and storage).
We took the train to a Union Station and then used Google Maps to walk the 10 minutes to Toronto Island Ferries.
We did the same in reverse to get home.
Centreville also has a small farm to visit goats, horses and other animals.
It was a really cute and fun day!
Have you been?
