Fifty Point Conservation Area

Fifty Point Conservation Area @hamiltonconservation was a great place to explore today. It was about a 30 minute drive from Oakville and sits along Lake Ontario’s edge. This beach is large and was not busy at all as you can see in the pictures. What I loved the most (besides the view) was that it’s not sand that gets in to everything, it’s little tiny rocks and not the kind that hurt your feet to walk on but made for so much for to play in. There was lots of room to picnic including picnic tables and there’s even a separate beach for dogs to run around and play. Enjoy views from the lookout point or walk down to the Marina and check out all the boats. Some walking trails through the forest and camping available. Admission rates apply. ⁣ ⁣
