Heartland Forest Nature Experience
Heartland Forest @heartlandforestniagara in Niagara Falls has been on my ‘to-visit’ list for years now!
If you are ever in the area, you should visit this hidden gem. If you are just looking for something to do, it is a must visit!
There is actually so much to do here, especially when it’s warm. Including a Mini Putt course and Obstacle Course.
The Mini also loved that there is a playground, sandbox, tiny house, fire pit and more.
I LOVED all of the accessible components. It’s not often I’ve come across a wheelchair compatible swing (besides Gage Park in Hamilton).
My favourite part of the trails were all the totem poles spread throughout our hike in the woods.
I also loved the kids play structure and bug hotel. This was on one part of our walk. I’m sure deer sightings often occur there.
The hike includes boardwalks, turtle ponds and a treehouse!
There is a lot to keep you entertained here for a while.
I absolutely loved how unique everything was. I can’t wait to return when it’s warm. I want to see what wildlife we can encounter.
But it was just as fun to explore now.
Bathrooms on site.
No reservations required and free to park and enter.
