Mount Nemo in my opinion offers the best views in all of Halton. Hands down.
This hike/walk is fairly easy, not a lot of up and down and obstacles in the way but once you get to the top you can see for ever.
You can see Toronto on a clear day, all of the cities bordering the lake, Milton and so much more.
I remember being in my 20’s and sitting near the edge looking down at the tall pine trees beaming up and I believe we were overpopulated with Monarch Butterflies that summer and there were thousands of them. Thousands of butterflies below me flying above the sky scape trees and I was above them.
I’ll never forget it.
Be sure to stop by Lowville Park while you’re here. It’s just 5 minutes North on Guelph Line.
